Returns

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of personal care and consumable products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged product

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Subscription Orders

Subscription renewals may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle.
